  • One Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Test (HTMA).

  • Full health history intake with a full Body Story overview
    3 day food journal and body journal intake 

  • Personalized nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plan 

  • Interpretations of any other labs you’ve already had done in the last year

  • Email access to me for questions for 3 months

  • Option to book in for additional future HTMA retests and interpretation ($333 for test and session).

$288/month for 24 months

Included:

  • Six 90 minute 1:1 sessions, distributed evenly over the course of the 24 months. 

  • Full health history intake with a full Body Story overview for our first initial session as well as updates to this health history and body story each time we meet 1:1. 

  • 3 day food journal and body journal intake every 4 months. 

  • Six Hair Mineral Tissue Analysis Tests (HTMAs)

  • Interpretations of any other labs you’ve already had done in the last year (older generally aren't relevant). 

  • Access to recorded library of HomeBody teachings and practices (a self care and connection practice).

  • Access to Clara for questions regarding your health journey and protocol via the Practice Better messaging feature. 

  • Access to the group FERTILE channel on Practice Better where you can share, ask questions, and create community. 

  • Access FED Weekly Meal Plans and Practical Nourishing Tips.

  • One Teaching Call per month

  • One Sharing Call per month (a chance to check in with Clara and the group, hear others' stories and processes, as well as get direct adjustments and attention from Clara real time.)

  • An opportunity to order HTMA interpretations for partners, family members, and children at the rate of $444 (for HTMA, protocol, and 1:1 session with Clara)

  • Option to book more 1:1 sessions with Clara for yourself at rate of $333. 

  • Supplements and any Additional Lab Testing not included.
